L1A Intracompany Transferee

O1 extraordinary ability non-immigrant visa petition allows individuals who have achieved prominent levels of success in their field to obtain a non-immigrant status through an employer petitioner.
Religious Worker
R1 Religious Worker visa allows for a foreign national to enter the United State to temporarily perform religious duties.
TN NAFTA
The North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) visa is based on a treaty relationship between the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The TN visas allow for professionals employed by a United States employer to work temporarily in the United States in professional capacities.
