Adelita was born in Guatemala, where she completed her studies and graduated as a bilingual secretary. Inspired by her sister, a legal assistant at an immigration law office, she developed a deep interest in immigration law and supporting immigrant communities. Before joining ILOHB, she spent more than 24 years managing restaurants, where she witnessed firsthand the struggles faced by people from diverse nationalities and cultures in pursuit of a better life.

At the Law Offices of Hadley Bajramovic, Adelita contributes to both legal support and client services. She assists clients with Employment Authorization Documents (EAD), FBI fingerprinting, and background checks. Having once been in a similar situation herself, she understands the challenges immigrants face and is committed to offering guidance, security, and support.
