DACA

The DACA Department analyses the profile of a potential applicant, to determine if he or she quali-fies to be a DACA beneficiary. If the applicant qualifies for DACA, then we prepare the necessary evidence and documents to submit to USCIS.

DACA: Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals is an Executive Order that allowed for children who arrived in the U.S. before June 15, 2007 and who were under the age of 31, to qualify for deferred action. If the applicant quali-fied, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security would grant Employment Authorization (or a work permit) and agrees to not seek deportation action for 2 Years.

Important Information:

  • DACA is not a pathway to citizenship, it only allows for beneficiaries to remain in the U.S. under the current administration, no DACA initial applications can be submitted.
  • Currently, only DACA renewal applications are being accepted. If a person has DACA before, they may be able to renew their DACA. DACA is only good for 2 years, currently you can renew indefinitely while the program is operational.
  • If you have any criminality, it is best for you to consult with an immigration attorney before the submission of your DACA application.
